Nicole Scherzinger: 'Essex People Are Really Sweet'

Nicole Scherzinger has spoken fondly of her brief time in Essex this week.

The 'Poison' singer visited the county on Wednesday (October 31) as she travelled to the hometown of her contestant Rylan Clark.

She met Amy Childs of former The Only Way Is Essex fame and was introduced to the idea of a vajazzle.

Speaking to Heat, she recalled: I had kind of heard it and then Rylan talks about it so much. Hes Amys twin sister. Theyre crazy, theyre bonkers. I asked is everyone like that? and he was like Yeah, pretty much.

"I liked Essex. It was super cool and the people were really sweet and I loved how they were full on.

She also donned an ASDA uniform as she stepped into Jahmene Douglas' shoes.

"It was hilarious," she said. "Its so weird to me that they slap their butts for a grocery store commercial.

"I thought it was good fun. I actually wanted to go shopping, I never get to go grocery shopping. I got to use the little price gun I wanted to keep lowering prices!"
