The former Pussycat Doll, 34, takes exercise seriously, dedicating hours each week to staying in shape.

WHAT YOU CAN DO: The alternate crossover is a great way to work the muscles in the midriff area.
Lie on your back and lift your legs off the ground with knees bent to 90 degrees.
Place your hands lightly at the sides of your head.
Exhale and raise your left shoulder off the ground and reach the left elbow towards your right knee.
Return to the start position and repeat on the other side.
Perform 13 to 15 repetitions on each side.
