The good Lord, 63, enjoyed a dinner date with the former Pussycat Dolls singer ahead of her appearance at last nights Royal Variety Performance alongside the cast of Phantom Of The Opera.
X Factor USA judge Nicole, 33, also sang her latest single, Try With Me, at the glitzy event.
She joined a host of big-name stars performing for The Queen, including Tony Bennett, Barry Manilow and Leona Lewis.
Lord Webber was also in the audience at the Lowry Lyric Theatre in Salford.
Nicole said: It was an honour to be in his company. To be asked to sing Phantom of the Opera is amazing. Im really excited to be performing again. This is what I live for.
X Factor has been incredible Ive loved it and really hope to do it again next year. But being on stage is what I live for.
