Kardashian wore an unflattering black and nude lace dress with a feathered skirt over a pair of leather trousers, while Lopez opted for an unusual silver mosaic dress with leopard print heels.
Other guests included Russell Brand, Demi Lovato with the support of crutches, Kate Bosworth, Liberty Ross, Emma Roberts, Kelly Osbourne, Solange Knowles, Juilianne Hough, Chris Brown and Topshop boss Sir Philip Green.
