Nicole Scherzinger Buying 5 Million London House For Lewis Hamilton
TwitterNicole Scherzinger is said to be buying a 5 million house in London in order to be closer to her boyfriend Lewis Hamilton.
The 'Wet' singer is spending an increasing amount of time in the capital in light of her judging role on The X Factor, and sources say she is considering splurging on a luxury property in Regent's Park to have a place to stay with Formula One racer Lewis.
"Nicole decided to look for a house soon after she began working on The X Factor," a source told the Sunday Mirror.
"She loves London and wants a home here. It's much nearer to Lewis, who has a home in Monaco [and] it means she will be able to spend much more time with him."
"He spends a lot of time on the racing circuit so seeing each other can sometimes be a challenge. This, along with her increased workload in Britain, has made moving a no-brainer."
While Nicole's move is indeed motivated by her romance with Lewis, the insider adds that by living in London Nicole is hoping X Factor boss Simon Cowell will want to sign her for another year on the show.
"[Scherzinger] also hopes that being in the UK will put her in pole position for Simon Cowell to take her on for next year's series," the source adds.
"Nicole will keep her home in Los Angeles because! she wil l always need a base there... She loves it there. She has lots of friends and records much of her music out in LA too."
