'X Factor': Sharon Osbourne says she spotted judge Nicole Scherzinger
Sharon Osbourne has offered praise to X Factor judge Nicole Scherzinger.
The former X Factor star - who appears as a guest mentor with Louis Walsh during this year's Judges' Houses - claimed that she "spotted" the singer as a potential judge by enlisting her help several years ago.
"She was my find! I had her as a guest judge on X Factor a few years ago. I spotted her!" Osbourne is quoted as saying in The Sun.
"I think she's brilliant. She's actually quite a naughty girl."
She added: "She's beautiful, funny... she was up dancing at the auditions already, so she'll be great fun."
Sharon Osbourne was tipped to return as a full-time judge for this year's show before Scherzinger was unveiled as the permanent fourth judge.
The Judges' Houses stage of the show sees Nicole Scherzinger and the Boys in Dubai, while Tulisa Contostavlos took the Girls out to St Lucia.
Louis Walsh flew the Groups to Las Vegas and Gary Barlow and Cheryl Cole brought the Overs to a stately home in Northamptonshire.
The X Factor Judges' Houses rounds air in a double bill on Saturday and Sunday this weekend on ITV1.
