Solomon thrilled for Scherzinger
Stacey Solomon has given her thumbs up for new X Factor judge Nicole Scherzinger.
The former X Factor finalist reckons the ex-Pussycat Dolls singer will give Tulisa Contostavlos a run in the style stakes when the hit TV show returns later this month.
"I think Nicole is going to be great! She's so pretty and I can't wait to check out all the outfits she is going to wear - that's definitely my favourite bit, when all the judges come out and you get to see their outfits for the first time," Stacey said as she launched the Cartoon Network Alien World Record challenge in Glasgow.
Stacey kickstarted the plastic brick construction of giant alien Bloxx featured in Ben 10: Omniverse with four-year-old son Zach and weather presenter Kirsty McCabe at St Enoch shopping centre, in an attempt to break a record for the most people involved in the construction.
She added: "I think it's really exciting when they change the judging panel for X Factor - it makes you more intrigued as to how it's going to be different."
The 22-year-old, who gave birth to second son Leighton in May, also revealed that she doesn't want a "meringue" for her wedding dress, following her engagement to fiance Aaron Barham.
"I definitely want something lacy up to the neck and a really sophisticated style. I want the cut to be slender and modern and not a meringue! But I'd like a really long train," she said.
:: The Cartoon Network Alien World Record challenge tours eight more locations across the UK - details can be found at www.ben10record.co.uk along with a sneak peak of the first episode of the new Ben 10 Omniverse series, which premieres on Cartoon Network on October 6.
