Ready To Do Battle? Nicole Scherzinger Reveals 'Secret Weapon' For The X Factor
WENNIt looks as though Nicole Scherzinger has bought a few tips from her time on the X Factor USA, back with her as she prepares to embark on the X Factor UK journey with Gary Barlow, Tulisa Contostavlos and Louis Walsh.
Unlike Kelly Rowland and Tulisa who came on the show without any TV judging experience, Nicole will know exactly what to do from her time spent judging talent in the US alongside Simon Cowell, L.A. Reid and Paula Abdul, so it's not surprising to hear that she already has a game plan in place for her category to win the show this year.
Revealing that her "secret weapon" will be, the former Pussycat Doll said: "Work, work, work plus heart and soul in every performance. To keep the audience connected and to try new things weve never tried before. I want to keep it fun, entertaining and interesting."
Believing that the show could generate talent suitable for the international market, Nicole continued:
"We have found some real gems, artists that I believe could cut it in the international market. All the categories have strong talent so whoever I get to work with, I hope they will benefit from my help, support, knowledge and experience. I worked hard to get where I am today and they will need to as well."
