ITVWith this year's X Factor set to be bigger and better than last year's series, judges, Gary Barlow, Nicole Scherzinger, Tulisa Contostavlos and Louis Walsh look like they mean business in the latest promo picture for the show.
Having got a touch of Simon Cowell about him, Gary, who won't be attending the show's press launch tomorrow, can be seen looking stern as he walks with the rest of the judges in front of a private jet.

Whilst Gary and Louis are all suited and booted in the picture, it's Nicole and Tulisa who really steal the show, baring their legs in short dresses. Looking like she mean's business, Nicole can be seen showing off her toned pins in a silver fringed dress with a plunging neckline.
Having decided to get rid of her blonde locks and go back to black, Tulisa can be seen wearing a monochrome dress with long sleeves, with a determined look on her face.
As the judges get ready to find the next big thing in music, Nicole has revealed what her secret weapon is.
She revealed: "Work, work, work plus heart and soul in every performance. To keep the audience connected and to try new things weve never tried before. I want to keep it fun, entertaining ! and interesting."
Believing that the show could generate talent suitable for the international market, Nicole continued:
"We have found some real gems, artists that I believe could cut it in the international market. All the categories have strong talent so whoever I get to work with, I hope they will benefit from my help, support, knowledge and experience. I worked hard to get where I am today and they will need to as well."
