Nicole Scherzinger 'Regretted' Opening Up About Bulimia Struggle
Nicole Scherzinger has admitted that she felt extremely uncomfortable after admitting to her struggle with bulimia, but is now glad she took the massive step.
The singer and X Factor judge battled the disorder when she was told to lose weight for the Pussycat Dolls; a battle that lasted the best part of a decade.
She eventually revealed her turmoil last year on a Behind The Music documentary for VH1.
"As soon as I did open up about it, I regretted it," she told The New Review.
"I felt humiliated, I didn't want it to be screened. I didn't want the world to see that side of me. But now I'm so glad they have."

She added: "The impact I've had on other sufferers is just... I can't tell you, it's amazing. That I am now in a position to give strength, and support to others... It's awesome."
The 'Boomerang' hitmaker admitted that, for her, taking time out to recover was never an option.
"I couldn't," she said. "This job was something I was born to do; it was cast upon me. So I didn't have a choice to simply stop. I didn't."
Nicole is thought to be on the verge of signing up for The X Factor for a second year, but reportedly doubts whether she can juggle the show with the release of he! r second album.
