Ben Kingsley, Hanif Kureishi, Nicole Scherzinger and Nina Wadia all honoured at the third annual Asian Awards

The Asian Awards were a very swanky affair at the Grosvenor House Hotel last night, hosted by Lord Coe and attended by George Osborne, the Chancellor, and Princess Michael of Kent. It was the third year running for the Awards, which recognised achievements in the arts, cinema, TV and other fields. Winners included actor Ben Kingsley, writer Hanif Kureishi and former Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherziner.
