Nicole Scherzinger Reveals She's 'Still Waiting For Flowers From One Direction'
WENNIt seems like X Factor judge Nicole Scherzinger isn't going to forget the fact that she put together global superstars One Direction, saying that she's 'still expecting flowers from them.'
The former Pussycat Dolls star admits that she saw a spark in all five boys when they auditioned for the talent show.
"I just thought: "Wow, these boys!" None of them were strong enough to make through, but they'd make a killer group," Nicole tells Fabulous magazine.
"All the girls are going to want to see these guys in a band together. And look at what they've done. 'I'm just really sad that I didn't have a piece of it."
The heart-throbs are now a worldwide phenomenon thanks to Nicole! However, it seems like she isn't getting all the credit that she deserves.
"Simon Cowell forgets that - or he's trying to forget that," Nicole, 34, tells the mag.
"I think they said the footage of me suggesting it mysteriously disappeared."
Nicole is still waiting for a little thank-you gift from the lads, too!

"I still haven't received flowers from them yet!" she laughs.
Meanwhile, it seems like despite the stunning star's cele! b status, she still insists that she's 'super shy' and takes a while to warm to people.
"I'm a very private person and only have a handful of friends," Nicole confessed to Fabulous magazine.
While the former Pusycat Doll singer always looks pretty natural and at ease on the red carpet, she admits it's actally a nerve-wracking process she has to build up to.
"I get very shy if I have to go to an event or walk a red carpet and be around a lot of people. It takes me a while to come out of my shell. I'm a loner - in the [Pussycat] Dolls, when I was in college, always a loner."
Pinpointing the roots of her introverted personality, Nicole blames her ambition and focus on her career for her lack of friends.
"I think it's because I'm always in work mode with a million things in my head," Nicole continued. "It's just how I was made. It's got me to where I am today."
