The happy couple have not only enjoyed a sunny holiday in Hawaii with Lewis' family, but they also got the chance to celebrate his 28th birthday together on Monday.
The Formula One racing driver treated fans to quite a treat when he decided to share a few personal snaps from the last few weeks.

First up was a series of photos of when the pair went snowmobiling with a group of friends last month. In the pics, Nicole and her beau can be seen grinning for the cameras as they pose in the snow wearing their warm clothing.
However, for his special day Lewis chose a far less physical activity and decided to go bowling with his famous girlfriend.
In the cute photo, the former Pussycat Dolls star can be seen with her arms wrapped around Lewis and her chin rested on his shoulder as they both smile for the camera.
